Brief:
Complete a quick questionnaire detailing your requests and drop any assets into your dedicated Google Drive folder.
Delivery:
Sit back while I handle the work and deliver your updates by the end of your booked slot.

How do I book my hours?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to my exclusive retainer calendar. You can view my real-time availability and grab the slots that work best for you.
Do you have a minimum time commitment?
As this is a new service I’m testing, there is no long-term commitment for now. You can cancel at any time with just one week’s notice.
Note: This service is designed for consistent support. If you cancel and wish to rejoin later, I will need to reconsider availability and commitment terms.
What if a task requires more time than my package allows?
If a project is larger than your monthly hours, you can simply book an additional half or full day at your discounted retainer rate. Not sure how long a task will take? Just shoot me an email before booking, and I’ll give you an estimate.
What if the calendar is full when I need urgent work?
I cap the number of retainer clients I take on to ensure I have space for everyone. However, if you can’t find a slot that fits a specific deadline, email me directly and I will do my absolute best to squeeze you in.
What happens if I don't use my hours during the month?
Don’t worry, your time won’t go to waste. You can roll your unused hours over to the following month and accumulate a balance of up to 3 full days (21 hours).
I’m not sure how long my task will take—what should I do?
No problem at all! Just send me an email with the details of what you’re looking to achieve. I’ll provide an estimate so you know whether to book a half-day or a full-day slot.

To ensure I can provide focused, high-quality work without constant switching between tasks, the minimum booking increment is half a day (3.5 hours). This allows us to make meaningful progress on your site in every session.
